What we do
VESSEL AND STORAGE TANK CLEANING SERVICES
BG offers a semi-automatic impact tank cleaning system for supply boats and production storage tanks, as well as a transportable automatic tank cleaning equipment for offshore rigs, both of which function with restricted tight space entrances.
Gas analysis is done to find out how much oxygen, carbon dioxide, sulfur, and other chemicals are in tanks.
Throughout the process, gas expulsion is also done with the aid of air compressors and blowers.
To ensure complete removal of waste without worker handling, exposure, or physical access into the tanks, fluid or vacuum pumping is used.
High-pressure water jets are also used for pressure washing.
Tank wiping can only be done if employees are equipped with the proper self-contained breathing apparatus and the tank is deemed okay for access (SCBA).
